Karan Nagpal is a dedicated and accomplished Advocate with extensive experience in the field of litigation. With a strong foundation in both criminal and civil law, he has been actively representing clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
His core areas of practice include Criminal & Civil Litigation, Cheque Dishonour Matters, Real Estate Disputes, Matrimonial Cases, and Intellectual Property Rights. Harshit Singh, Advocate is a dedicated litigating advocate with nearly a decade of courtroom experience, with a strong focus on criminal law alongside constitutional and civil litigation. His practice is primarily centered on appearances before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts across the country, with substantial litigation experience at the Punjab & Haryana High Court.
He completed his LL.B. from Law Centre-I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2016, and commenced his legal career under the mentorship of a seasoned civil law practitioner at the District & Sessions Court, Chandigarh, where he developed a strong foundation in trial advocacy, particularly in criminal and civil matters.
In 2019, he transitioned to independent practice, regularly appearing before the Punjab & Haryana High Court as well as trial courts in Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali until 2023. During this period, he handled a wide range of criminal matters including bail, trial proceedings, and allied litigation, alongside civil and constitutional work. Thereafter, his practice evolved to focus predominantly on matters before the Supreme Court of India and multiple High Courts, while limiting trial court engagements to select and specialized matters.
